Treatment & service / Design study / GRAVITY-RECEIVER-R1
Follow the flow.
Receiver, media-stage and coupling studies with explicit hydraulic limits.
Retained development study. Dimensions, names and checks belong to this revision—not automatically to the retrofit-only product. Manufactured tank shells are deferred. No installation instruction, certification or manufacturing release is represented.

The source reasoning
Why this detail was investigated.
A visible flow path makes the intended transfer arrangement easier to inspect. Notch counts and illustrative equations do not establish a calibrated split.

the study.

This is a CONCEPT development package. The original Subfield identity is applied to CAD tessellation. Flow calibration, service isolation, real media/plumbing and qualified fabrication are still open.
STEP uses millimetres; GLB and Blender convert geometry to metres. Receiver-local XY origin is tank [830,-475]; its Z coordinates are already tank Z. The media stage origin is tank [830,-460,1100], with collector outlet at Z1075. The previous media package remains at its earlier Z950 placement.
The body has two recycle notches and one final notch, two open 40 mm passages, a 55 mm negative-X / 10 mm negative-Y release and separate removable mount hardware. The collar reliefs clear the lower backbone rung tabs. The media must be removed first. The geometric service paths do not establish grade actuation, long guides, human reach, rated lifting or support-to-tank attachment.
The final sleeve stays open if the receiver is removed: liquid above Z980 in EQ can pass into final. An isolation device and high-level/backwater response are not included. The receiver retains liquid below the port invert; cleanout remains unresolved. No untreated bypass permission is implied.
The compact weir equation uses assumed coefficient and illustrative duty only. All study heads and the housing width fall outside standard USBR calibrated-weir conditions. Notch count alone cannot establish a reliable 2:1 flow split. Seal sections represent compressed geometry, without a qualified free seal, supplier size or material.
Materials, process, finishing radii, tolerances, adhesives/laminates, hardware, inspection and physical qualification must be developed before manufacture. Artwork and studio objects are presentation only and are absent from STEP.
