Why this detail was investigated.
The current process model does not select a treatment or final-effluent pump duty. Its 2–15 L/min flows are illustrative sensitivity inputs. This report combines that existing orifice screen with the carrier placement and equalization study levels, with every input file hashed.

The detail behind
the study.

The current process model does not select a treatment or final-effluent pump duty. Its 2–15 L/min flows are illustrative sensitivity inputs. This report combines that existing orifice screen with the carrier placement and equalization study levels, with every input file hashed.
The distributor floor is at tank Z1400 mm and its rim at Z1445 mm. Equalization study levels are Z650 and Z900 mm. The resulting static lift is only an elevation difference; it excludes pipe, valve, dock and inlet losses and cannot be used as pump total dynamic head.
Cases whose calculated distributor head exceeds the rim are explicitly excluded from duty-point calculation. At 50% blocked area, the illustrative 30 mm head limit permits only about 6.45 L/min. Larger pump capacity does not fix a distributor that cannot discharge that flow below its rim. Physical wetting, fouling and treatment evidence remain required.
The report separately lists missing treatment-pump and final-pump inputs. All pump selections, total head and electrical-input values remain unassigned. Resolve process duty, media/distribution and actual hydraulic routes before committing motor drive, converter, trunk cable or connector geometry. These are preliminary engineering inputs, not installation or operating limits.
distribution-flow-window.json evaluates explicitly hypothetical outlet-flow-ratio limits and leveling errors. At 1 mm error and a 1.25 high/low ratio limit, the existing ideal model gives a 5.030–6.454 L/min window between clean uniformity and the half-blocked 30 mm head assumption. A proposed 6 L/min clean-water bench candidate requires 6.481 mm clean head and 25.924 mm at uniform 50% area loss. These are predictions to measure, not selected treatment duty or pump settings. A tighter hypothetical 1.10 ratio has no feasible window under the same assumptions.
Retain the existing outlet geometry for this initial characterization. Measure individual outlets and actual media wetting, including localized blockage: total flow and head cannot demonstrate distribution when an outlet is completely blocked. No pump, electrical input, dose duration, biological loading or field operating limit is selected by this candidate.
