Nominal model names alone cannot establish useful capacity. This study informed the later two-size exterior family while leaving equipment displacement and hydraulic levels open.

The current R7 envelope contains 2,196.9 gallons below the top of the open body. An empty-cavity 2,000-gallon fill leaves only 140.7 mm below that edge, with no internal displacement included.

Negative values mean the empty body already falls short. Positive values are the entire remaining allowance for displacement at that level; they are not a verified equipment allocation.
Dimension options for the next model revision
Using a 250 mm headspace sensitivity case and a 10% displacement reserve gives these preliminary length options:
1,500-gallon target: approximately 3.366 m long × 1.801 m wide.
2,000-gallon target: approximately 4.400 m long × 1.801 m wide.
These assumptions are not approved operating requirements, and the dimensions have not yet been applied to the product geometry. Laminate, joints, actual internal volumes and hydraulic levels remain unresolved.
