Product family / Design study / SURFACE-FAMILY-R2

One family. Every detail.

Thirteen standalone product groups with assembled and service views.

Retained development study. Dimensions, names and checks belong to this revision—not automatically to the retrofit-only product. Manufactured tank shells are deferred. No installation instruction, certification or manufacturing release is represented.

The source reasoning

Why this detail was investigated.

A shared surface language connects controls, filtration and service hardware. These renders retain the earlier standalone geometry and its original limits.

The detail behind
the study.

Source-linked work for this revision. Reported checks describe the stated model or test; physical qualification and applicability to the current retrofit remain separate.

Core

New dimensional packaging study. Internal supplier hardware is not represented.

Flat seal, attachment, thermal behavior and electrical isolation are unqualified.

Surface logo and Fieldline are finish artwork, not structural geometry.

Tank Hub

New dimensional packaging study. Internal supplier hardware is not represented.

Flat seal, attachment, thermal behavior and electrical isolation are unqualified.

Surface logo and Fieldline are finish artwork, not structural geometry.

Twelve capped branch envelopes are a study allocation, not released ports or electrically functional connectors.

Stationary carrier has not been fitted to the current tank collar.

Field Filter

Housing and carrier only; no actual filter element, cut size, pressure rating or bypass seal.

Tank service integration, hydraulic isolation, threads, head retention and contamination management remain unresolved.

Original R1 source scene · Render record

Screen

Cylindrical service candidate, not a selected filter element

Large cage windows are structural openings, not a solids cut size

Sleeve/head coupling, hydraulic inlet/outlet isolation and bypass sealing remain unresolved

Captured is an idealized geometric state, not demonstrated liquid/solids containment

Flat seal has no compression/gland design; sleeve lift actuation is unresolved

New finish presentation of unchanged previously exported CAD; not an engineered material/coating specification.

Treat

One representative segment; no released media count or treatment capacity

No biological medium, distributor, collector plumbing, cables or latch is selected

Fixed rails remain when the cassette or carrier is removed

Open-back guides pass narrow rung tabs; wear inserts and retention remain engineering work

No wet-mass, lifting, fouling or process-recovery qualification

New finish presentation of unchanged previously exported CAD; not an engineered material/coating specification.

Access

Panel/frame/band buckling, joint and roof load transfer, settlement, uplift, leakage, chemical/thermal aging and creep are unqualified; the 4572 mm case is a geometry study, not a permitted burial depth.

The cover and secondary grate have no impact, pedestrian, traffic or fall-prevention rating. Complete retention, lifting attachments, slip-resistant surface and physical tests before use.

Clear retrieval volumes do not establish human reach. Long guides, lifting aid, contained retrieval actuation, Hub carrier and routed services remain to be completed.

Laminate, barrier, adhesive, gasket compound, mold radii/tooling, tolerances, inspection and controlled fabrication release remain open.

New finish presentation of unchanged previously exported CAD; not an engineered material/coating specification.

Pump Dock

No pump or hydraulic quick coupling selected. Rails, carrier and retrieval handle are custom interface studies.

Not located in the current tank; extraction load, coupling, retention and tank mounts require engineering.

Original R1 source scene · Render record

Connect

Empty keyed mechanical shells. No conductive contacts, pinout, voltage, locking mechanism or ingress rating.

0 / 120 / 240 degree keys illustrate class differentiation; wrong-class contact-prevention and tolerances require design and testing.

Original R1 source scene · Render record

Sense Mount

Custom carrier study only. No authentic OEM sensor envelope or calibration/sensing face is represented.

Saddle clamp, sensor model and installation location remain unresolved.

Original R1 source scene · Render record

Service Kit

Empty carry-case study; tools, lining, hinge/latch engagement and handle attachments remain unresolved.

Not a lifting aid, spill container or qualified transport package.
