Tank Family R01.

Geometry, analysis and remaining engineering work for Tank Family R01.

Retained development study. Dimensions, names and checks belong to this revision—not automatically to the retrofit-only product. Manufactured tank shells are deferred. No installation instruction, certification or manufacturing release is represented.

The source reasoning

Why this detail was investigated.

The supplied PDF and its live geometry register establish the Revision C 2,000-gallon comparison envelope: 3102 × 2101 × 1850 mm. The separate 3002 × 2001 × 1400 mm liquid-accounting prism is not a modeled cavity. Both STEP files are reference solids, not parts to manufacture.

The detail behind
the study.

Source-linked work for this revision. Reported checks describe the stated model or test; physical qualification and applicability to the current retrofit remain separate.

No dimensions are invented for the 1,500- and 3,000-gallon family targets. capacity-accounting.json calculates the exact result from the rounded published dimensions and preserves the distinction between a reserve and measured displacement.

The earlier wet-pilot access study cannot prove extraction through this tank. Actual roof/openings, riser depth, shell construction, partitions, equipment and mating transforms must be modeled before that claim. TG0–TG5 remain open.
