Treatment & service / Development study / UV-MODULE-R1

A final stage. Inside the design.

Explore the assembled reactor, internal section and lamp-service CAD. This is optional disinfection packaging, not a validated working reactor.

Retained development study. Dimensions, names and checks belong to this revision—not automatically to the retrofit-only product. Manufactured tank shells are deferred. No installation instruction, certification or manufacturing release is represented.

Assembled reactor. R1 assembled packaging study. The 90 mm body and 952 mm carrier height are preliminary dimensions, not a rated reactor.

Service path under revision. The R2 audit found that the R1 handle intersects the head-withdrawal sweep. The separate correction candidate still needs integration and validation.

This is a housing and carrier study, not a working or certified reactor. Lamp, driver, seals, fittings, wiring, mounting and disinfection performance remain to be qualified.

The source reasoning

Why this detail was investigated.

The removable carrier separates the serviceable reactor from its intended stationary support. A complete mounting, plumbing and electrical installation is still unresolved.

The detail behind
the study.

Source-linked work for this revision. Reported checks describe the stated model or test; physical qualification and applicability to the current retrofit remain separate.

R1 assembled packaging study. The 90 mm body and 952 mm carrier height are preliminary dimensions, not a rated reactor.

R1 longitudinal section exposes the lamp envelope, closed sleeve and reactor body. Optical performance and seals are not qualified.

R1 separated lamp-service pose. The later R2 audit found a handle collision in the withdrawal path; this view does not prove service clearance.

The R2 review records a 549.54 mm³ collision between the original handle and the conservative head-withdrawal sweep. A separated service pose is not a verified continuous path.

Disinfection follows biological treatment and required effluent filtration. Actual reactor selection, flow, water quality, dose validation and site approval remain open. No kill percentage, capacity or certification is claimed.

The nominal retrieval envelope is 200 × 180 mm. Shell-only checks do not prove clearance in a populated tank. Lamp/driver selection, seals, retaining hardware, optical monitoring, fittings, mounting and wiring are unresolved.
