Core Faceplate Supports R4.
Geometry, analysis and remaining engineering work for Core Faceplate Supports R4.
Retained development study. Dimensions, names and checks belong to this revision—not automatically to the retrofit-only product. Manufactured tank shells are deferred. No installation instruction, certification or manufacturing release is represented.

Why this detail was investigated.
Controlled concept assembly: 62 separate solids. Eight keyed posts attach the two faceplates to the removable mounting tray. The graphite exterior is retained.

The detail behind
the study.
Source-linked work for this revision. Reported checks describe the stated model or test; physical qualification and applicability to the current retrofit remain separate.
Subfield Core faceplate supports R4
Controlled concept assembly: 62 separate solids. Eight keyed posts attach the two faceplates to the removable mounting tray. The graphite exterior is retained.
Verification: four focused tests passed; 2,506 geometric/export checks passed; 62 valid separate STEP solids; eight station contact checks passed. Native render verification covers 43 visible meshes. Both drawing pages were visually inspected after correcting a dimension-label overlap.
This is not fabrication-ready. Divider retention, rear-carrier attachment, selected electrical parts, wiring, materials, machining details, tolerances, thread design, post stiffness, loads and physical qualification remain unresolved. Lower screws require tray-out preassembly. Nominal removal checks omit the stated removed parts and do not establish human/tool access. The generator record predates the accompanying drawing/render work; its final drawing/render reminder is superseded by these artifacts only.
