Core R0.

Geometry, analysis and remaining engineering work for Core R0.

Retained development study. Dimensions, names and checks belong to this revision—not automatically to the retrofit-only product. Manufactured tank shells are deferred. No installation instruction, certification or manufacturing release is represented.

- views/: exterior, exploded, section, and CAD-projected dimension sheet. - step/: labeled engineering exchange assembly and separate parts, in mm. - print/: separate 3MF and STL files for nonenergized form/fit studies. STL import units must be mm. Front is face-down; inspect slicer/supports before printing. - SC-041-CORE-R0-CONCEPT.glb: presentation geometry in metres. - parameter-record.json: dimensions, source links, interfaces and unresolved inputs. - validation.json: 64 passed geometric/export checks, tool versions and source hashes. - assembly-manifest.json: separate part relationships and print purpose.

Editable source is in the cloned repository at septic/cad, on local branch cad/core-concept-r0. The sibling source ZIP is a portable snapshot. Changes are local and uncommitted; nothing was pushed to GitHub.

All four tests passed, including a 20 mm height change. STEP geometry was reimported; STL edges and 3MF unit scale were checked. Removal checks sample rigid motion every 3 mm across 60 mm; they do not prove hand/cable/latch clearances.

Next design inputs: actual PCB/populated dimensions, conversion/protection/reserve packaging, connector and cable bend envelope, carrier retention and seal/gland design. The compact controller study does not prove the complete power/control assembly fits. No physical print or electrical, thermal, sealing, strength or production qualification has occurred.

The existing 220 × 160 × 55 mm dimension is explicitly a study in the Core enclosure specification. The later owner baseline governs placement and power architecture. Export tooling follows the build123d documentation.
