Core Rear Mount Study.
Geometry, analysis and remaining engineering work for Core Rear Mount Study.
Retained development study. Dimensions, names and checks belong to this revision—not automatically to the retrofit-only product. Manufactured tank shells are deferred. No installation instruction, certification or manufacturing release is represented.

The source reasoning
Why this detail was investigated.
81-part mechanical candidate. Four shoulder studs engage keyhole slots in the wall carrier. An external captive thumb screw provides a nominal threaded anti-lift connection. Four spacing pads establish a Z-15 wall datum; actual wall anchors are not selected or modeled.

Subfield Core rear mounting study R7
81-part mechanical candidate. Four shoulder studs engage keyhole slots in the wall carrier. An external captive thumb screw provides a nominal threaded anti-lift connection. Four spacing pads establish a Z-15 wall datum; actual wall anchors are not selected or modeled.
The retained carrier/spacers were packaging geometry. This study replaces the two unattached spacers with four driven shoulder studs, keyholes, blind receiver bosses and a lower locking return. The enclosure exterior otherwise retains the current design.
Evidence: 1,132 nominal fit/export checks pass; 81 valid separate STEP solids. 1,188 conservative release-path and nominal engagement/capture checks pass. The actual stud is blocked from pulling out without lifting, and excess screw withdrawal contacts the retainer. The ideal power compartment remains separated; the external lock receiver retains its interior material. None of these checks establishes loads or electrical safety.
Release: withdraw the thumb screw 7 mm, lift the enclosure 12 mm, then pull outward 25 mm. The render shows this checked released pose from the rear. The carrier, pads and captured screw/retainer stay at the wall. Native Blender reopen verifies 81 meshes. The review PDF contains a carrier projection and true shoulder-stud section; both it and the render were visually inspected.
Stud axes X +/-160, Y +/-240. Entry holes D8.6 are 12 above installed axes; stem width4.6. Stud head D8 x2.5, AF2.5 drive; shoulder D10 x6. Nominal M4 body engagement6, bore depth6.5 with a local boss ending Z8. Thumb screw has a D16 x6 head, D3 x12 neck and nominal M4 x6 threaded tip; nominal release7 leaves1 mm body clearance. The C-retainer is only a geometric spring-clip envelope.
Wall substrate/anchors, material, mount loads, thread class/runout, torque, anti-loosening, pad compression, clip elasticity/retention, tolerances, weathering, and real hand access remain unqualified. Structural return bends/joints need a selected process and detail. The generator's motion reminder predates the accompanying independent nominal motion audit; physical qualification remains open. Source is workspace-relative development code, not a standalone manufacturing release. This candidate is outside the controlled R6 regression scope.
